Our founders bring over 20 years of combined experience spanning brokerage, asset management, land development, and real estate marketing and sales. We have worked across the full real estate lifecycle — from land acquisition and project financing to sales strategy, lease-up, and long-term asset management. That experience accounts for more than $100 million in real estate assets managed across British Columbia and Alberta.
